The director of the Lviv Regional MSEC and his deputy were searched, – media

This was reported by Suspilne with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies.

At the moment, law enforcement officials do not officially comment on the searches. 

Declaration of the head of the Lviv Regional MSEC

The chief doctor and chief expert of the Lviv Regional Center for Medical-Social Expertise, Volodymyr Reshota, received 499,070 UAH in salary and 120,207 UAH in pension for 2023. His wife, Nataliya Reshota, also works at the Center for Medical-Social Expertise. In 2023, she received 251,281 UAH in salary and 65,915 UAH in pension.

In 2023, Volodymyr Reshota became the owner of an apartment with an area of 80.6 sq. meters in Lviv for 3,922,560 UAH, which he either received as a gift or was returned to him as a debt. At least in the declaration he submitted on March 10 of this year, it is indicated that this apartment is a non-monetary gift from Ivan Dumych. However, on April 2, he submitted a corrected declaration, in which he indicated that the apartment is "income received by the taxpayer as a result of accepting property (real estate) based on a debt transfer agreement 11-12-23 from 11.12.2023 and an agreement from 11.12.2023" from the same Ivan Dumych. Additionally, the corrected declaration states that on 11.12.2023 he borrowed 4,100,000 UAH from Ihor Pavlysh.

Apart from the new apartment, Volodymyr Reshota owns an apartment with an area of 93.9 sq.m since 2003, a plot of land in Verkhnya Stynava (Dulybivsko-Hrabovetska community) with an area of 1,200 sq. m and in Rudne near Lviv (594 sq. m) and a garage. His wife owns an apartment with an area of 42.3 sq. m, a garage, and a plot in the village of Mshanets (Strilkivska TC) with an area of 15,000 sq. m. The couple officially owns only one car – a 2010 TOYOTA VENZA. 

Volodymyr Reshota keeps 458,535 UAH in a bank account. He has 10,000 USD in cash and an additional 122,122 UAH, which he keeps in cash in the bank. Nataliya Reshota keeps 5,000 USD in cash, as well as 96,967 and 33,129 UAH in banks. Another 8,000 euros are declared as joint funds of the couple.

Ruslana Ivanochko declared 319,914 UAH in salary, 64,603 UAH in salary received at Danylo Halytskyi LNMU, and 20,729 UAH in social payments for the past year.
