Ukrainian military captured a rare variant of the latest T-90S tank

Fighters of the armored group K-2 of the 54th Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa captured a rare T-90S tank, which is the export version of the newest Russian tank T-90.

The military demonstrated their trophy on social networks.

"In the Siverskyi direction, Ukrainian tank crews captured a rare Russian T-90S tank, the export variant of the T-90. This unit is equipped with a grill, electronic warfare devices, surveillance cameras, and a homemade trawl to protect the hull’s bottom from mines. Now, after thorough disinfection, it will serve the defense forces of Ukraine, turning its turret towards the enemy," noted the comment to the publication.
