Currently, it is known that 23 people have been injured, 2 are in critical condition, 8 are in moderate condition, and others have minor injuries.

One child has died.

Meanwhile, the regional prosecutor’s office spokesperson Dmytro Chubenko stated that it is likely two people died from the strike on a nine-story building in Kharkiv.

"Parts of bodies are visible under the rubble now, but there are no signs of life. They are under very heavy debris, and emergency rescue operations are ongoing," Chubenko said.
