The situation around Kurakhove has worsened, - DeepState

The Ukrainian military public DeepState reports a worsening situation around Kurakhove and the threat of the city’s encirclement.

Recent strikes by Russian forces "jeopardize the logistics into the city."

"For this, the enemy has mobilized a significant amount of resources across several sectors of the front. In particular, the Russians are actively assaulting the eastern part of Kurakhove through Maksymilianivka, entering the eastern outskirts of the city. Simultaneously, attempts continue to break through in the Ostrovskyi area," the Telegram channel reports.

At the same time, there are efforts to reach the Illinka-Berestky line to establish control over the northern part of Kurakhove.

Pressure is being exerted from the direction of Kurakhivka, and the defences of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Novoselydivka-Izmailivka area are being tested.

South of Kurakhove, "a larger-scale goal of the Russians is apparent, which is typical in battles for large cities — to take control of logistics and gradually encircle the settlement... After breaking through the defences in the Zolota Nyva and Vuhledar area, the enemy is actively advancing through Shakhtarske, Novoukrainka, and Bohovilenka, reaching the Yasna Polyana-Maksymivka-Trudove section."

According to the public, "the situation is being attempted to stabilize by all possible means, but so far it is not succeeding."

If the Russians continue to succeed in advancing at the current pace, reaching the N15 highway Zaporizhzhya-Donetsk is not far off, which will allow them to block the most important and main logistical route into the city," the analysis states.

In conclusion, the public notes that "lies will destroy us all, and the situation around the loss of Selydove is an example of this."
