In the Carpathians on the border with Romania, the remains of the body of a suspected draft dodger were discovered

Near the border with Romania in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the body of a man was found who likely attempted to cross the border illegally.

Journalist from Zakarpattia Vitaliy Hlahola obtained exclusive photos from the site where the body was discovered. He reported this on Telegram.

The body had been in the forest for several months; personal belongings and documents were found nearby, indicating a 1980-born Ukrainian from the Chernihiv region.

The cause of death will be determined by an examination.
