"Combat payments" former MP and military member Tetyana Chornovol are deducted to the "Servant of the People" Kachura
Former MP and "Stugna" ATGM operator Tetyana Chornovol complained that MP from "Servant of the People" Oleksandr Kachura is receiving compensation won in court from her combat pay. The servicemember believes that the Boryspil City District Court in the Kyiv region sided with the people’s deputy because he is a representative of the majority in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Chornovol reported the situation on November 8 on her Facebook page. She asked for publicity and to find out the details about which judges made the decision in Kachura’s favor.
"I ask you, people, to hold this highway robber accountable to the public. I don’t have the time, so please find out for me who these judges are that succumbed to the government representative and made a knowingly unlawful decision," the former MP urged.
She was outraged that the politician "stole" (as she claims) combat payments, using "official position, governmental blackmail, coercion, and corruption."
"The young healthy man Kachura, a protégé of [Viktor] Medvedchuk, lounges in the Verkhovna Rada, gets goodies from the Presidential Administration, strolls with his wife in restaurants, has fun with his kids abroad, and garners ’combat pay’ from a woman who has been defending his parliamentary and comfortable life on the front line for three years, who lost her husband in the war and does not see her children," Chornovol wrote.
She explained that the court case concerned whether Kachura is one of the leaders of a political force associated with Medvedchuk. In court, Kachura achieved a retraction of "false information." Chornovol believes she is in the right and disagrees with the court ruling.
She also asked the government to compensate her. "From the ’greens’, I demand compensation for moral harm – 500 FPV-kamikaze," the servicewoman concluded.
