"Ukrenergo" introduces consumption restrictions for businesses and industry

On Wednesday, November 13, temporary power restrictions will be introduced for business and industrial consumers.

This is reported by NEC "Ukrenergo".

The reason is a short-term reduction in maneuvering generation capacity and a significant decrease in electricity import volumes.

"The restrictions will be in effect during the day. In the evening, after addressing remarks regarding equipment operation, the restrictions will be lifted. No restrictions are planned for residential consumers," the company reported.

Consumers are asked to use electricity rationally, especially during peak load hours.

Additionally, the company urges businesses to actively import electricity for their own needs to avoid forced power restrictions.
