The former head of PrivatBank has had his in absentia arrest extended in the Kolomoiskyi case

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the in absentia arrest of the former head of PrivatBank, Dubilet.

This concerns the case of Ihor Kolomoiskyi, which is related to the embezzlement of 9.2 billion UAH.

The decision was made by a panel consisting of judges Chornenka, Kaluhina, and Hlotov.

The judges also upheld the in absentia arrest of Dubilet’s deputy, Lyudmyla Shmalchenko, who is currently in Japan with refugee status.
