In the Lviv region, a man assaulted a TRC employee after undergoing a medical commission

A resident of the Lviv region assaulted a Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC) employee after undergoing a military medical commission and disappeared.

This is reported by local media with reference to the court’s decision.

The decision states that TRC employees detained a man liable for military service. Since he did not have his military registration documents with him, he was taken to the military enlistment office for clarification. There, he was forced to undergo a military medical commission, where he was deemed fit for service. After the commission, he assaulted the TRC employee accompanying him, sprayed an unknown liquid in his face, and fled.

The man was found. The man liable for military service turned out to be a native of the city of Sambir. He was charged with two criminal offenses – causing minor bodily injuries and obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The court ordered that he be taken into custody.

The TRC employee was diagnosed with a closed head injury, eye conjunctivitis, and a brain concussion.
