A competition has been announced in Ukraine for a vendor to sell jewelry and antiques belonging to collaborator Viktor Medvedchuk, including items from Faberge and Cartier. All proceeds will be directed towards supporting Ukraine’s economy and defence capability.

This was reported by the head of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), Olena Duma. This initiative is another attempt to convert assets associated with corruption and treason to benefit Ukraine, directing the proceeds to support the economy and defence capabilities.

A competition has been announced to select an organizer for the sale of the property, with documents to be submitted by December 5, 2024, 16:00. An independent asset evaluation will be conducted by the selected trade organizer.

The next step will be putting the property up for auction through the Prozorro.Sale electronic system. This will ensure transparency and attract the maximum number of participants. ARMA will also additionally announce the auction dates and participation details.
