Russian troops have occupied Velyka Novosilka in the Donetsk region.

This is confirmed by the map of the military public DeepState. According to it, the combat zone already covers the eastern quarters of the city.

North of Velyka Novosilka, Russian troops reached the road connecting the city with the village of Bohatyr. Another road to the north goes through the important village of Novyi Komar (located three kilometers from the front line). It seems that the Russians will try to break through to it.

Russian publics acknowledge that the breakthrough to the city became possible due to the insufficient number of Ukrainian Armed Forces troops at the strongholds defending Velyka Novosilka.
