Kherson remains without electricity for the second day after Russian shelling

Kherson has been without electricity for the second day following a massive Russian strike on the energy infrastructure. The city has been unable to connect critical facilities to the power grid.

This was reported with reference to the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, in Telegram.

As is known, on the morning of November 28, Kherson was completely without electricity. A water supply schedule was implemented in the city.

As of the morning of November 29, energy specialists had not succeeded in restoring power supply in Kherson. They also failed to connect critical facilities to power.

"Additional damages have been identified. The launch of critical infrastructure in the community is tentatively scheduled for the second half of the day," stated the head of the Kherson City Military Administration.

Yesterday, Mrochko warned that Kherson might be without electricity for several days. He assumed that in the morning, energy specialists would be able to connect critical infrastructure facilities to ensure water, gas, and heat supply.
