The government has expanded the list of sectors whose workers can be exempted from mobilization. Prosthetists and technicians now have the opportunity to receive exemptions.
This was reported with reference to the government decree №1362.
According to the decree, those eligible for mobilization exemption include individuals in positions of prosthetist-orthotists, technician-prosthetist-orthotists, engineer-technologists-prosthetists, engineer-prosthetists, and mechanics of prosthetic-orthopedic products.
The condition for exemption is that they must have worked at least 50% of the standard working hours in the last three months prior to exemption.
The decree also stipulates that conscripted employees of critically important enterprises must receive a monthly salary during the deferral period, which should be at least 20,000 hryvnias for all exempted individuals (excluding communal and state institutions).
In addition, businesses implementing humanitarian projects funded by international partners must meet the new criteria established by the Ministry of Reintegration.
