The occupiers launched a GAB strike on Kupyansk: there is a casualty
Russian troops carried out a strike with a guided aerial bomb on a residential building in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, resulting in the death of a 40-year-old man.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Telegram.
"The Russian army targeted a residential building. A 40-year-old civilian man was killed. Two women experienced an acute stress reaction," the report states.
At least five private houses were destroyed or damaged.
Rescue services are working on the scene, and debris is being cleared.
