In Ukraine, the "busification" has been almost completely eradicated, - Kozyrenko

Such a statement was made by the representative of the ombudsman, Kozyrenko.

"One of the greatest achievements we have reached together with regional offices under the leadership of Dmytro Lubinets is the almost complete eradication of so-called ’busification.’ This term is used to describe violations of people’s rights during mobilization. All the rights of individuals subject to mobilization or already serving must be protected," stated Kozyrenko.

He believes that the term ’busification’ is incorrect to use if mobilization measures are carried out "in accordance with the law" - in the presence of the police and with video recording. Then, Kozyrenko notes, people’s rights are respected.
