During the night of December 4th to 5th, the Russian Federation, which is an aggressor country, carried out an attack on the Kyiv region using kamikaze drones. Air defence forces operated successfully in the area, but the debris from the downed UAVs damaged houses and power lines.

This information was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, as per the press service of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration. Residents of the region are advised not to ignore danger alerts.

"The enemy continues its nightly UAV attacks on the Kyiv region. Air defense forces were active in the area. Targets have been shot down. There are no casualties among the population. No hits on critical or residential infrastructure have been recorded," Kravchenko noted.

He added that the debris from the downed enemy targets damaged 3 private houses and power lines in two districts of the region. The houses sustained damage to windows, doors, and roofs.

Operational teams continue to work on documenting the aftermath of the night attack.
