This is related to the use of electronic warfare systems during Russian air attacks.

As reported by the General Staff, electronic warfare systems are used during the repulsion of Russian occupiers’ air attacks. In particular, satellite navigation GPS coordinates are spoofed to affect the enemy.

"A side effect of this is also disruptions in the precise time system used by mobile phones in automatic time correction mode. It is advisable to disable the automatic time correction mode on the phone and consider that during air raids, the accuracy of satellite navigation systems may be compromised," electronic warfare specialists at the General Staff explained.
