Zelenskyy awarded higher ranks to several generals

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy granted new military ranks to several commanders of the branches of the armed forces and one deputy.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Specifically, the decrees dated December 5 conferred military ranks upon:

– Brigadier General to Colonel Dmytro Bratyshko – Commander of the Operational Command "East" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

– Major General to Brigadier General Ihor Skibyuk – Commander of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

– Major General to Brigadier General Oleksandr Trepak – Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

– Brigadier General to Colonel Mykola Palas – Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
