Low-quality mines that ended up in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be replaced free of charge, - Ministry of Strategic Industries
This was reported by Minister Herman Smetanin.
“As of now, the military has recorded 417 incidents of abnormal detonation of 120 mm mines. This is stated in the reports received from military units,” he said.
