In the suburb of Kherson, Russian occupiers dropped an explosive from a drone, injuring a 64-year-old man who was riding a bicycle.
This was reported by in Telegram by the head of the Kherson City Administration Roman Mrochko.
"Around 14:00 in the suburb, Russian occupiers dropped an explosive from a drone on a cyclist. A 64-year-old man received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds," the message says.
The man was hospitalized, and doctors assessed his condition as moderate.
