In the morning of December 13, Russia launches a massive strike on Ukrainian energy, reported Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko.

This was reported by Halushchenko on Facebook, and by "Ukrenergo" on Telegram.

"The enemy continues its terror. Once again, energy across all of Ukraine is under massive attack. Energy workers are taking all necessary measures to minimize the negative consequences for the energy system.

As soon as the security situation allows, the inflicted damages will be clarified."

"Ukrenergo" reported that due to a massive missile attack on energy facilities, there will be more power outages.
