In the Ternopil region, half of the residents were left without power, - RMA

This is reported with reference to the Telegram channel of the Ternopil Regional Military Administration (RMA).

As the RMA notes, the volume of implemented consumption restriction measures has increased from 1 to 3 stages simultaneously.

"50% of the region’s consumers have been disconnected," adds the regional administration.
