The situation on the front: the Russians conducted over 3200 shellings

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, publishing operational information as of 08:00 on Saturday, December 14.

According to the General Staff, Russian invaders launched two missile and 38 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas. They used 99 missiles and dropped 51 guided aerial bombs.

Moreover, the Russians conducted over 3,200 shellings, of which 104 were performed with multiple rocket launch systems.

The enemy carried out airstrikes, particularly in the areas of Turya, Tsylyuryky, Alisivka, Mala Rybytsia, Hraniv, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, Bohuslavka, Nova Kruhliakivka, Serhiivka, Serebrianskyi Forest, Siversk, Krymske, Stara Mykolaivka, Yelyzavetivka, Velyka Novosilka, Zelene Pole.

Aviation, rocket forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck at one area of personnel concentration, two command points, one ground UAV control station, and another important Russian army facility.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attacked once in the Vovchansk area.

In the Kupyansk direction the Defense Forces repelled the assault actions of the Russian army near Kolisnykivka, Bohuslavka, Zahryzove, and Lozova. Ten enemy attacks were recorded there during the day.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces attacked 24 times. According to the General Staff, the enemy tried to break through defenses near the settlements of Hrekivka, Nadiya, Zelenyi Hai, Shyykivka, Makiivka, Terny, Zarichne, Torske, Dibrova, Hryhorivka, and towards Cherneshchyna.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled one attack in the Bilohorivka area.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders attacked six times in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces carried out 10 attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Krymske, and Dyliivka. Most of the enemy attacks were aimed at Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 62 offensive actions of the Russians towards the settlements of Myroliubivka, Lysyivka, Promin, Dachenke, Shevchenko, Novyi Trud, Zelene, Pishchane, and Pushkine.

In the Kurakhove direction the Defense Forces repelled 27 Russian attacks. The enemy was most actively trying to advance in the areas of Stari Terny, Sontsivka, Zorya, Kurakhove, Dalne, Dachne, Hannivka, and Uspenivka.

In the Vremivka direction, the Russian army conducted 35 assaults in the areas of the settlements of Trudove, Veselyi Hai, Kostyantynopilske, Sukhi Yaly, Blahodatne, Storozheve, and Neskuchne.

In the Hulyaipole and Orikhiv directions, the enemy did not conduct active operations over the past day.

In the Dniprovskyi direction, Ukrainian troops repelled four attacks. The Russian army had no success, according to the General Staff.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions , there were no signs of enemy offensive group formations.

In the Kursk direction, 22 combat encounters occurred. Russian troops launched 13 airstrikes using 19 guided bombs and carried out 399 artillery shellings.
