Volunteer and writer Yevheniya Dukhopelnikova tragically passed away
On the night of December 17, the famous Kharkiv volunteer and writer Yevheniya Dukhopelnikova passed away.
The tragic death of Dukhopelnikova was reported by volunteer Katrusya Berezhna on her Facebook.
"I have to explain something because I was waiting for the parents to be informed and was really hoping it wouldn’t become public. Zhenya tragically died last night," she wrote.
The volunteer admitted that she has been unable to accept this fact for half a day.
"Sister, what have you done? I hope they met you on the other side and scolded you instead of me. Now I have to build you a 2-meter monument because we promised each other this in case one of us left this planet prematurely. Tears, despair," the post by Berezhna reads.
