A hacker attack disrupted the functioning of the State Register of Movable Property Encumbrances: The Cabinet of Ministers implemented temporary measures
As a result of the hacker attack affecting the State Register of Movable Property Encumbrances, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution on the temporary procedure for registering encumbrances.
According to the document, the registration of encumbrances or their termination will be carried out by the registry holder without entering data directly into the system. All entries will be added to the register after its operation is restored.
These measures are aimed at minimizing the consequences of the attack and ensuring the possibility of conducting legally significant operations in the condition of temporary lack of access to the register.
