Russian occupiers from Nizhny Novgorod are offering 3 million rubles for signing a contract and a land plot of 10 acres to anyone ready to go on the "SVO" in various regions of the Russian Federation and in the occupied territory of Luhansk.
Source "OstroV" - a resident of Luhansk provided a screenshot of the relevant advertisement on December 23rd.
"Military ID is not required. We accept those who have not served," the advertisement states.
It is specified that persons "with disabilities and criminal records" are accepted for service, upon signing the contract, 3 million rubles are paid, and 10 acres of land are promised.
