
Sumy and other settlements in the region came under intensive attacks from Russian occupiers yesterday, December 26. Due to enemy shelling, fires and destruction occurred in various cities, and there is also a known casualty.
This is reported with reference to the Telegram channel of the Sumy Regional Military Administration (RMA).
In the RMA’s report at two o’clock in the morning on December 27, the situation on the border was noted as of the evening of the previous day, 21:00 on December 26.
According to the administration, during the day, Russian invaders carried out a total of 169 shelling attacks on border territories and settlements in the Sumy region.
"311 explosions were registered. The Sumy, Khotyn, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velykopysarivka, Novoslobidska, Putyvl, Berezivka, Esman, Shalyhyne, Druzhba, and Seredyna-Buda communities came under fire," the RMA reported.
