Ministry of Health has identified over 2000 cases of questionable disability: 188 decisions have been canceled

Law enforcement agencies have transferred more than 2,000 cases of questionable disability to the Ministry of Health, which were established based on the conclusions of the medical-social expert commissions (MSEC).

Almost 200 decisions have already been revoked, reported the Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko during the "Unified News" marathon broadcast.

According to him, the agency has already reviewed almost a thousand cases.

Disability decisions were revoked for 188 people. Another 388 were called to the specialized research institute for reassessment to verify whether their health condition truly corresponds to the record made during the MSEC.

"This process demonstrates that everything becomes obvious sooner or later, and it is necessary to work in accordance with the regulations established by the government and the Ministry of Health.

Therefore, I urge doctors in expert groups to act strictly within the legal framework," emphasized Lyashko.
