Ukrainian intelligence officers destroyed the equipment of a Russian operator in the Donetsk region

In the Donetsk region, reconnaissance fighters destroyed objects with telecommunications equipment of the Russian communication operator "Phoenix".

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on Sunday, December 29.

"On the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, four objects with telecommunications equipment of the illegal communication operator ’Phoenix’, used by Russian invaders, were destroyed," the statement said.

Also, according to the DIU, a fire damaged mobile communication equipment in the Leningrad region. In addition, as a result of a successful operation, three railway relay control cabinets for train traffic were damaged in the Yaroslavl region.

"Complications and obstacles for logistics and communication of the Russian occupation army are an important process that does not stop," added the DIU.
