Ukrainians can receive charging stations and generators through Diya

Enterprises from regions of Ukraine affected by energy crises can receive charging stations and generators through Diya. To apply, it is necessary to register by January 9, 2025, on the official website of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and fill out the online form.

This initiative was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The program allows selected enterprises to receive charging stations, generators, and power banks to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Who the program is intended for

The program is aimed at enterprises from regions most affected by energy crises, specifically:

• Kharkiv region;
• Dnipropetrovsk region;
• Zaporizhzhya region;
• Mykolaiv region;
• Odesa region;
• Kherson region.

Main conditions for participation:

• registration of the enterprise in one of the specified regions;
• continuous operation for the last three months;
• absence of signs of bankruptcy.

How to submit an application

Applications can be submitted until January 9, 2025, through the official website of the Ministry of Digital Transformation or the Diya platform. Participants need to fill out the online form, after which they will receive detailed information via email. After evaluating applications based on a point system (maximum of 100 points), 60 enterprises will be selected to receive:

• a charging station with a battery to ensure energy autonomy;
• a gasoline generator, synchronous, single-phase, with a capacity of 5.0 to 6.0 kW, portable or mobile;
• a power bank with a capacity of at least 60,000 mAh for mobile power.

The energy crisis in Ukraine, caused by the war and systematic shelling of infrastructure, has seriously affected business stability, particularly in regions that have suffered significant damage. Providing enterprises with autonomous energy sources will help reduce the risk of operational disruptions, preserve jobs, and support economic activity. The equipment will allow companies to:

• maintain stable operations even in the absence of centralized power supply;

• optimize costs for energy autonomy;
• reduce the risks of losing customers and income due to service or production disruptions.
