The Armed Forces of Ukraine showed the clearing of enemy positions in the Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, Ukrainian military forces have captured the positions of Russian occupiers. On one of the sections of the front, the assault troops of the 1st Mechanized Battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade cleared out trenches where the invaders were located.

As a result, the enemy army suffered losses. A video recorded by a participant in the clearance operation was published by journalist Yuriy Butusov.

"The assault troops of the 1st Mechanized Battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade are clearing the occupiers’ positions somewhere in the Kharkiv region. The video is from the first-person perspective of a Ukrainian soldier," he wrote.

The published footage shows how Ukrainian soldiers gradually advance through the trenches. From time to time, they offer the occupiers remaining in position a chance to surrender. Without receiving a response, they open fire, occasionally retreating to reload their weapons.

At the end of the video, at least one occupier is seen who did not take the opportunity to surrender and survive.
