AF shot down hundreds of drones and missiles over the week

This is reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The Air Forces continue to repel enemy air attacks, defend strategic state objects, critical infrastructure, military groups, and provide fire damage to the enemy in various directions of the front," said the Air Forces.

During the week, air defense shot down 419 enemy air attack assets. Among them:

• 9 missiles of various types;
• 370 Shahed-type strike UAVs
• 40 UAVs of other types.

Ukrainian tactical aviation conducted 50 aircraft sorties for fighter coverage and troop support. Pilots destroyed 49 air targets and carried out 30 air strikes on enemy positions using various types of bombs and missiles.

As a result of the strikes, the following were hit:

• command posts,
• field ammunition depots,
• logistics facilities,
• concentrations of enemy equipment and personnel.
