TRCs are conducting mobilization by canceling deferments, - MP

TRC acknowledged that they are mobilizing employees who have a deferral, simply by canceling it.

Deputy Fedienko publishes the response from the Mykolaiv TRC, which explains why they mobilized this man.

The response admits that they called up reserved individuals, "but the officials who canceled the deferral from conscription... did not take into account the reservation of these employees by the enterprise, which was recognized as critically important, rather than as an executor of a mobilization task."

"So now a deferral can be canceled for an employee of an important enterprise, even despite having a reservation," comments Fedienko (a member of the Parliament’s Defence Committee).

And he emphasizes that it is now impossible to demobilize such a person.
