An employee of the TRC was detained for bribery in Vinnytsia

Law enforcement officers detained a serviceman of the security platoon of the Vinnytsia RTRC and SP for a bribe of 16 thousand dollars. He was issuing real summonses with dates set several months in advance.

This was reported by the  Office of the Prosecutor General on Facebook.

According to the investigation, in December 2024, a serviceman of the TRC offered a conscript blank summons forms for a bribe to update registration data. They were signed by the commander but remained unfilled. The summonses were related to official calls to the TRC several months ahead - a so-called "postponement of mobilization".

Accepting the offer, the citizen informed law enforcement and continued to act under their supervision. After receiving the agreed amount, the TRC serviceman provided the citizen with 4 unfilled summons forms, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported.

The suspect also offered his assistance for 16 thousand dollars to evade mobilization under a similar scheme to four more conscripts, the press service reported.

"Law enforcement officers detained the serviceman in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine during the receipt of the agreed amount," the message states.
