Ukrainian public channels shared a recording of a conversation with representatives of the local recruitment center (TRC), provided by the man’s lawyer. A man from Poltava, who has three children, for some reason did not arrange a deferment from mobilization as a father of many children.
The recording captures two stages of communication: at first, the "good" military commissioner tried to persuade the man to undergo a medical examination, referring to the fact that health information could be used from the Helsi app. Later, a second military commissioner joined the conversation, who, judging by the tone, took a more aggressive stance. He spoke unpleasantly about those avoiding mobilization and expressed his desire to apply the harshest measures against them, up to execution.
The conversation escalated to physical violence: the recording includes sounds of a hit, as well as threats to the man. The military commissioner claimed that he "gave a parental slap" and was not afraid of the consequences, as he had faced similar police calls dozens of times before.
According to the lawyer, the man’s phone was confiscated the same day, and he was sent to the training camp "Desna".
