In the Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital, an investigation is underway into a doctor regarding illegal enrichment

The Khmelnytskyi Prosecutor’s Office has opened a case regarding illegal enrichment against the regional hospital gastroenterologist Alla Kindzerska and her husband Serhiy, who is the head of the social insurance fund for temporary disability in Khmelnytskyi region.

This was reported by the media from proceedings under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code.

The relevant information was received from the SSU in the region. According to their data, the couple illegally acquired significant assets between 2017 and 2024. According to information from the property rights register, they own land plots

• in the village of Chynadiyevo, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region
• in the village of Synyak, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region
• three in the city of Khmelnytskyi.
• There are also residential houses: two in the village of Synyak and one in the village of Chynadiyovo, Zakarpattia region. In addition, they also own two apartments in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi and a garage in the city of Khmelnytskyi.

Previously, media reported that the couple has been working in these positions for a long time. Kindzerska previously held a position at the "Lisova Pisnya" sanatorium near Kamianets-Podilskyi. Her husband has received insurance payments and a pension as an official for at least the last 5 years.

The couple is also engaged in business. Their official income for 2023, including salaries, social benefits, and car sales, amounts to 2 million hryvnias.

At the same time, the couple owns:

• two land plots in an "elite area near Khmelnytskyi". On them, there is a house with an area of almost 300 square meters.
• near the house, journalists noticed a parked Volkswagen ID.4 Crozz (2023)
• the family also owns a Volkswagen Touareg from 2023,
• 2 apartments in Kamianets-Podilskyi,
• a land plot with a mansion in Zakarpattia,
• another mansion in Chynadiyovo.

In 2019, the doctor invested in construction in Croatia. Two years ago, the family also bought an apartment there. Kindzerska keeps 27,000 euros in Croatian bank accounts. Their cash savings together with her husband amount to 250,000 dollars, 100,000 euros, and 475,000 hryvnias. Together, this is more than 15 million hryvnias in savings.

The Kindzerskyi’s daughter, Olena, owns a house in a gated cottage community near Khmelnytskyi with an area of 220 square meters. She is also registered as the owner of an apartment in the elite residential complex "Fontan" in Khmelnytskyi.

According to Serhiy Kindzerskyi, all of his family’s property is the result of many years of savings.
