In the morning at the train station in Dnipro, employees of the TRC tried to detain a man who stabbed a military commissar and a police officer, according to the TRC.
According to them, the man was stopped for a document check, but he "snatched the service ID from the serviceman’s hands and tore it up. The man shouted that he was ’not a fool to go to war’ and then ’pulled out a knife and wounded the serviceman and the police officer.’ Currently, the issue of opening a criminal case is under consideration.
TRC representatives claim that they did not beat the man; his face was injured when he fell to the ground along with a woman who was trying to help him up.
