In the Mykolaiv region, a bribery scheme to avoid mobilization was uncovered

Two employees of the Mykolaiv Regional Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support were exposed for participating in a scheme to profit from conscripts who were trying to avoid mobilization.

This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation.

For 4-5 thousand dollars, they promised to ensure the falsification of medical documents through influence on doctors, which allowed for issuing false diagnoses during the military medical commission. Additionally, for an extra 3 thousand dollars, the conscripts were either removed from military registration or granted the status of "fit for service in the rear".

On January 9, 2025, one of the employees was detained while receiving a bribe of 4500 dollars from a client.

Investigative actions are ongoing, and a notice of suspicion is being prepared for the detainees.
