In Italy, an elite yacht of the suspect in the State Property Fund case, Andriy Hmyrin, has been arrested

Thanks to the work of the joint investigative team, which includes NABU detectives, SAPO prosecutors, and French law enforcement authorities, as well as with the assistance of Italian authorities, an elite yacht belonging to one of the leaders of a criminal organization in the State Property Fund of Ukraine was discovered and seized.

This is a premium-class yacht valued at 5.5 million euros.

Previously, in the same case, French law enforcement authorities seized the suspects’ real estate with a total value of 6.5 million euros, and Austrian authorities confiscated elite cars and jewelry.

Currently, measures are being taken to identify other assets of the criminal organization participants, search for them, and facilitate their extradition.

The organizers of the scheme, according to the investigation, are called the former head of the Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko, and Andriy Hmyrin, who worked in the Fund until 2017.
