In the Donetsk region, in the area of Velyka Novosilka, important battles have begun for the village of Vremivka.

This was reported on Telegram by Ukrainian military journalist Bohdan Myroshnykov.

He calls Vremivka a “key stronghold” in this sector of the front. He notes that its loss will cause a gradual retreat to the line of Burlatske-Dniproenerhiya-Rozlyv.

“Of course, there will then be little point in holding the remnants of Velyka Novosilka,” the observer notes. — “After all, it will have to be abandoned in some way as well.”

According to Myroshnykov, at the moment, the Armed Forces of Ukraine control two-thirds of the village.
