Invaders are trying to encircle Pokrovsk and approach its outskirts, - AFU

The Russians are doing everything possible to encircle Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. The occupiers are trying to approach the outskirts of the city.

"The enemy is concentrating efforts and deploying additional reserves. Despite losses, they are trying to maintain the pace of advancement with the aim of encircling Pokrovsk and approaching its outskirts," the report says.

In turn, the Ukrainian military is countering the enemy’s attempts to use their numerical advantage and continue their offensive.

Overall, during the day on the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy conducted offensive actions in the areas of Zelene Pole, Vodyane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Zvirove, Udachne, Uspenivka, Sribne, Dachne, and Yantarne.

"Heavy fighting continues in Lysivka, Zelene, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Petropavlivka, and Novovasylivka," stated the OSTG "Khortytsia".
