«As of 11:15, the number of injured has increased to 10 people, the fate of three remains unknown. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing», it is reported.
At the sites of the missile strikes, police investigative and operational teams, explosive technicians, forensic experts, rescuers, and relevant municipal services are active.
A reception point for applications and reports from citizens affected by the Russian missile attack has been organized.
