The occupiers attacked Sumy with drones: an educational institution and houses were damaged
On the night of January 26, Russian occupiers attacked Sumy using drones. As a result of the attack, damage was reported in the city.
This was reported by Sumy Regional Military Administration (RMA).
"As a result of two explosions, the building of one of the educational institutions, a multi-storey residential building, and administrative buildings were damaged," the report states.
No casualties were reported in Sumy as a result of the attack. Relevant services are working at the explosion sites.
According to Sumy RMA, during the night, 7 enemy "shaheeds" were destroyed over the region. Since the beginning of 2025, the Air Defence units of the Sumy region have destroyed 235 Russian drones.
