In "Diya," 13 more services have been restored after a cyberattack

On Sunday, January 26, 13 construction services became available again in the "Diya" app, including notifications about construction and declarations.

This was reported by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine on Facebook.

On January 26, notifications about construction and declarations of object preparedness became available in the app.

The full list of construction services includes:

• notification of the start of preparatory work;
• notification of the start of construction work based on a construction passport;
• notification of the start of construction work SS1;
• application for urban planning conditions and restrictions for land plot development;
• issuance of a construction passport;
• declaration of readiness for operation of SS1 objects;
• declaration of object readiness for operation based on a construction passport;
• declaration of readiness for operation of unauthorized built objects on a land plot of appropriate designated purpose;
• declaration of readiness for operation by court decision;
• permit for construction work and submission of amendments to an already issued permit;
• cancellation of the construction work permit;
• certificate of acceptance of the object into operation;
• cancellation of the notification of the start of preparatory or construction work.

"Construction services are maximally automated — most data in applications is pulled from registries, and decisions regarding some services are also issued automatically. This is primarily aimed at effective anti-corruption efforts,” as stated in the report.
