Around the scandal involving the replacement of Maryna Bezrukova with Arsen Zhumadilov, many myths have already formed… One of them: the dismissal of Bezrukova threatens the "Danish" financing model. "This statement looks like banal blackmail and an attempt to tie certain personalities to the successes of European and Ukrainian diplomacy.

Another myth: the DPA is the last bastion of motivation and high competence. "In just a few weeks, the Agency got involved in two scandals amounting to nearly 400 million euros – the purchase of outdated anti-tank mines at the price of new ones and a contract for Turkish "hunting-quality" night vision devices at a higher price than in military stores. As journalists discovered, both contracts were concluded on December 31, which is definitely not a coincidence. Is there any sense in explaining further?" asks the expert.
