State Emergency Service showed footage of the aftermath of the GAB strike on a school in the Dnipropetrovsk region
On January 29, the Russian army struck a school in the Novopavlivka community of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The State Emergency Service demonstrated footage of the fire extinguishing caused by the shelling, reports "Nashe Misto" with reference to the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
As a result of the attack on one of the villages in the Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk, a large-scale fire broke out. The fire engulfed the building of the local lyceum, destroying 150 square meters of rooms.
Besides the lyceum, the House of Culture, a religious institution, an administrative building, a post office, a shop, an enterprise, as well as 22 private houses were damaged. The power line was damaged by debris.
Firefighters quickly handled the fire. Four firefighters and one unit of firefighting and rescue equipment worked on-site.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
