Attack on Poltava: as a result of the strike, an entire family was killed

As a result of a missile strike on Poltava, the Yavorski family perished: Olena, her husband Dmytro, and their nine-year-old daughter Sofiya.

The tragic news was reported by the co-founder of the "Nova Poshta" company, Volodymyr Poperechnyuk.

Olena Yavorska worked at the company’s contact center.

The family lived on the second floor of an apartment building that was destroyed as a result of the strike.

The girl is remembered as an exceptionally kind, bright, and talented child. She inspired others with her thirst for knowledge and dreams for the future.

"We cannot find words to describe the pain that has engulfed us. We express our sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased. Eternal and bright memory to you, our little angel! You will forever remain in our hearts!" added the library.

Earlier, the girl’s grandfather reported that the entire family died as a result of the missile attack. A man named Ihor stated that due to the enemy shelling of Poltava, his son, daughter-in-law, and 9-year-old granddaughter perished.
