A summons was delivered to the deputy of the Zhytomyr District Council from the "Servant of the People" party, Oleksandr Mishchenko.

This was reported by Oleksandr Mishchenko himself on his Facebook page on January 31 with the headline "Retribution from the TRC has arrived".

"I appeal to the representative of the Human Rights Commissioner in Zhytomyr region Yuriy Pohodytskyi and the head of the RSA Vitaliy Bunychka! Today, on the orders of the head of the Zhytomyr RTC, I was directed, accompanied by TRC workers, to undergo another regional MMC and was given a summons for today at 18:00, despite having gone to the regional MMC myself this morning, where they directed me to the district commission to determine the degree of fitness. They are afraid that I will run away!", the message reads.

The deputy of the Zhytomyr District Council notes that during martial law, he has undergone the MMC over ten times, and his fitness degree is "known to everyone", as treatment is required.

"But for my deputy and public stance, I faced persecution from the TRC, I know that this biased attitude towards me is connected with my public stance and deputy activity, especially in exposing local corrupt officials and the lawful demand to the Zhytomyr City Council to adhere to the law, stop land grabs, and increase spending on aid to the Armed Forces. After my publication yesterday about the ’Zhytomyr’ battalion, the turbo regime for my urgent mobilization was activated. Everyone has the right to treatment and a justified choice!", says Oleksandr Mishchenko.

The Zhytomyr Regional Military Medical Commission issued the deputy a certificate with a conclusion on fitness for service in support military units, TRC, HEIs, training centers, institutions (establishments), medical units, logistics units, communications, operational support, security.

"According to the results of the MMC, according to the schedule of diseases, I have three articles with clause ’B’, and seven articles with clause ’V’. Just now, I was taken to the RTRC, the commissar Myshchanyn is not on site, a command has been given to process my mobilization! Such actions by the TRC are demotivating! No one is afraid of anyone!!! Let us have the opportunity to complete treatment and make a justified choice!", emphasizes the deputy of the Zhytomyr District Council Oleksandr Mishchenko.
