DeepState: The occupiers are increasing pressure on Andriyivka

Russian forces are increasingly concentrating their efforts on capturing Andriyivka in the Donetsk region, attempting to break through to the village from multiple directions.

This is reported by DeepState.

According to analysts from the DeepState project, the enemy is actively advancing on the positions of the Ukrainian Defence Forces north of Andriivka. The occupiers are attacking from the areas of Slovyanka and Petropavlivka, advancing along the ravines to the Yasynove-Andriyivka road.

On the northeastern outskirts of Andriyivka, the enemy has entrenched, and attempts to advance have become much more active. The main movement of the occupiers is from Petropavlivka, using fortifications to penetrate deeper into the village.

"Recently, everyone could observe the ’red enclave’ on the northeastern outskirts of Andriyivka, which some perceived as an error or bug. In reality, it reflects the presence and strengthening of Russian infantry on the village outskirts, advancing from various sides, even through Defence Forces positions."

Simultaneously, Russian infantry is attempting to advance through the village of Shevchenko via engineering fortifications that connect it to Andriyivka.

"After the first successful attempts to enter Andriyivka, the enemy saw an opportunity for further development and is sending infantry with the task – ’die, but get there.’

Additionally, the enemy is concentrating efforts on the direction between Ulakli and Dachne, located south of Andriyivka. This could open new opportunities for further assault on the village, according to DeepState.

Analysts report that the defence of Andriyivka remains challenging due to several issues, but Ukrainian military forces are doing everything possible to restrain the enemy.
