Russian occupiers beheaded a Ukrainian prisoner, - ombudsman
Artur Dobroserdov, responsible for issues related to persons missing under special circumstances, reported that Russian military forces beheaded a Ukrainian prisoner.
These footage were circulating in Russian and Ukrainian public groups. According to Dobroserdov, the agency has preliminarily identified the deceased person.
The circumstances of the event are being clarified.
